YOUNG people from 14 to 19 years of age are being sought for teams to compete in next year's Ten Tors event.
Tavistock and District Youth Forum is starting to recruit team members for the challenge and is hoping to be allocated teams for the 35, 45 and 55 mile events, for which the age groups are 14-16, 16-18 and 18-19 respectively.
The challenge is run over two days on Dartmoor, with teams of six young people carrying all their food, tentage and being self-sufficient.
The forum has run teams for more than 12 years and has a team of qualified instructors.
