A TAVISTOCK travel agency manager has taken delivery of a stylish Kia Rio for a year, courtesy of Affordable Car Hire.

Sharon Hudson, manager of Newell's Travel in Tavistock, will be whizzing around town in the sporty little number after winning the coveted prize draw at the annual Global Travel Group conference.

Sharon said she was thrilled to take delivery of the car.

'When my name was called out in the competition, I could not believe it as I've never won anything before!' she said.

The draw took place at the Global Travel Group members' annual conference in Chester.
