Cadets from 2443 (Okehampton) Sqn Air Cadets recently bought new sports equipment with money donated by the EX20 Lottery last year.

John Stangroom from the Serious About Sports shop in the town helped them in finding and providing the right equipment to use for their activities at the squadron.

Cadets enjoyed various activities throughout the year, such as gliding, flying, summer camps to RAF stations, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, sports, adventure training activites and much more.

The squadron is currently recruiting new cadets aged between 13 and 17 and staff aged 20 and above.
