MUMS and teachers sashayed down the catwalk last Friday during an evening of fashion and beauty at the Moorland Links Hotel, Yelverton. The charity fashion show, supported by House of Fraser and many of its designer concessions, was held to raise funds for St Andrew's School PTA.

PTA member and project co-ordinator of the event Hoorieh Coish said: 'The precise figure of what was raised is not yet known but our "guesstimation" is that we broke last year's amount of £1,500. The event was a sell-out and everyone seemed to have a fantastic time. We are delighted at the result of this year's success.'
