I AM researching my family history on my mother's side, the Hill family from Totnes. I know a brother of my grandfather, called James Hill, moved from Totnes to Chagford in the early 1900s. I believe his wife was called Alice. My grandfather was Frederick Charles Hill.

If there are any decendants of James still living in Chagford who have any memories or information that could help me in my research I would be most grateful.
