A CLASS mascot was lost in action during Tavistock’s Carnival Procession last Saturday.

King Bob, a big green octopus, was much loved by Year 3 Class 9, at Tavistock Primary School. As a class project, every child in the class looked after the mascot for a short period of time and took pictures of the toy’s daily excursions.

King Bob was in the care of Riley Bond. His mum Charlie said that Riley insisted on taking King Bob to the carnival but accidentally left him on the wall by the Post Office on Abbey Place, but when they came back, King Bob had been abducted!
