WALKHAM Valley Cub and Scout Group enjoyed an exciting weekend camp in Cawsand Bay recently. Packed with lots of activity the cubs and scouts sailed in yachts, learnt basic kayaking skills and enjoyed beachcombing along the sandy beach at Whitsand Bay. The camp was masterminded by Malcolm Young helped by a team of willing parents who ensured that every day was busy and challenging for the youngsters. A splendid gang show and bonfire rounded up the event. Special thanks go to the Devon Community Foundation who generously supported the camp.
