CHELFHAM Senior School celebrated a fantastic year with its recent summer fayre.

Students, staff and parents enjoyed looking around the school and viewed the hard work produced by students this academic year.

A bustling audience cheered and sang along as a student-led group sang 'Hey Jude' by the Beatles.

Guests visited stalls run by tutor groups which included a Tombola, duck fishing and welly throwing, in which there was much healthy rivalry between staff and students to win the top prizes.

Proceeds of more than £100 from the successful jam and cream tea stall all went to ShelterBox.

The day was rounded off by a warm farewell to leavers by principal John Steward.
