TREAT your taste buds to something tasty at a sausage and mash and wine tasting evening at the Devon Tors in Yelverton this month.

The evening is to raise money for the Plymouth Schools' FA under 11 football team to go on a trip to the 40th Jersey festival of football during the Easter holidays.

Sausages for the event have been donated by J and S Downing and the potatoes by Richard and Debbie Eales from the corner shop in Yelverton known to many as the Leg O'Mutton.

Tavistock wine merchant Charles Steevenson has donated the wine for the evening, which is taking place on Wednesday, February 26 from 7.30pm onwards.

Hosts at the Devon Tors Vas and Ally are looking forward to welcoming 50 people to this event. The evening will cost £15 per person and booking is essential. For more information or to book a place call 01822 853604.
