A SATELLITE dish cable attached to a house in Oak Road, on the Bishopsmead Estate in Tavistock, was severed about four feet off the ground on Tuesday December 10.
A sharp instrument would have been needed to cut the satellite cable.
A resident has noticed a group of youths in the vicinity on several occasions lately, and a doorbell and meter box have been tampered with.
Police are asking anyone who knows who the youngsters are to come forward.
