Sale of the century will be celebrated

I?CAN assure Joan Torvell (Letters, February 24) and all your readers that this year the Tavistock?Museum will have a major exhibition on the auction of the Duke of Bedford's town properties a hundred years ago. It will include a copy of the detailed report by the Tavistock Gazette on July 7, 1911.

The museum in Court Gate will be open daily from 11am to 3pm, including Sunday, from Easter Saturday to October 31.
