ONCE again I write to express my views regarding the traffic in the village, no one seeks to offer any help in solving the problem.
Would it be possible for the highways department to answer the following questions?
What is the objection to one way systems?
Why cannot painted white road signs be applied to various places, especially in Station Road, Bere Alston, where speeds of over 40mph are attained with a 20mph limit at a short distance from the school?
These are not only my views but most of the inhabitants of the village.
One can notice all the necessary signs in most of our adjoining villages. Bere Alston always seems to be left out.
