RUBY Country in Hatherleigh has announced the winners of its photographic competition, which took place as a part of Hatherleigh Festival.

The first prize winner was Catherine Newnham, pictured below, who took a spectacular photograph of a robin.

The winner of the children’s class was Jess Rose, aged 9, pictured right, who took a beautiful photograph of a pond.

Each of the winners was presented with a trophy by Charles Dumpleton, the director of Ruby Country.
