CONGRATULATIONS to Alan King for organising such a splendid concert in Okehampton last Friday.
Although I had never a big fan of Roy Wood, I thought the show was terrific — and what a superb backing band rocking Roy had.
And it all started from the word go with some lovely stuff by local band Hannah and the Madding Crowd.
A shame more people did not make the effort to go to the concert — they missed a great night out.
