WEST Devon Music Ministries are hoping to produce Roger Jones' latest Christian musical, Rock — The Story of Simon Peter, for a local tour in and around Okehampton.

Anyone who enjoys singing or would like to come along and have a go is welcome to attend the start evenings, which will be held on Tuesday, February 23 and Wednesday, February 24 at 7.30pm at Fairplace Church.

Participants will sing through the musical to get a feel for it and also think about who might take principal parts.

All ages are welcome — males are especially needed to sing Peter and Jesus and to narrate Comelius and for the choir.

There will also be refreshments of tea and coffee.

Participants will only need to attend one of the two evenings, where a rehearsal schedule will be arranged.
