Tavistock U10s 35 Okehampton U10s 15 FROM the kick-off, Okehampton?s forwards applied pressure on the Tavistock line, but were unable to break through. The ball then came to Tavistock?s Rhys Davis who made a great run to score at the other end. This was the story of most of the first half, Okehampton?s forwards retained the ball well and edged the rucks and mauls; however they failed to break through the Tavistock defence. Once Tavistock got possession they always looked like scoring, and went in 20-0 up at half time, with further scores from William Coulton, Sam Northmore and Rhys Davis. The second half was very even. Okehampton pulled two tries back quickly, then Tavistock replied with two tries from Jonty Newton. Okehampton scored again, only for Henry Salmon to reply on the stroke of full time.
