Rescue team don't need to search for support from Okehampton Co-op

DARTMOOR Search and Rescue Team has been presented with a £2,600 cheque by Okehampton Co-op to continue its work for the community.

The group was recently presented with a cheque from Okehampton Co-op Funeralcare to help fund its charitable work.

A spokesperson for Dartmoor Search and Rescue team said: ‘The team would like to thank all of your customers for their continued support and helping raise £2600.  

‘We will be using the funds to purchase clothing items for the team.  We are keen that the money is spent wisely and the community can see exactly where the money has been spent.
