A TAVISTOCK plasterer has rendered a great service indeed to local charity 'Action for Autism.'

Paul Cowling, who runs plasterers and general builders PC Plasterers, has given his backing to help promote Action for Autism and its website.

Paul, a former Tavistock AFC first and second team footballer who now turns out for Tavistock Community FC, said: 'I'm more than happy to support a wonderful cause as I have a great respect for Allen Lewis and his work.

'Action for Autism is a great charity to sponsor and one that gets the whole community involved and gives a lot of pleasure to so many people.'
