THE Museum of Dartmoor Life is appealing for photographs of the Olympic torch relay through the town as part of its latest exhibition.

The MDL's new exhibition, 'The People's Record' looks at life in Okehampton and Britain during the two years that Great Britain has previously hosted the Olympic Games, in 1908 and 1948. The exhibition has been given the 'London 2012 Inspire Mark' by the organisers of the Games, LOCOG.

The museum is looking to add a board of photographs showing the torch coming through Okehampton as part of the national torch relay on May 21.
