A WEST Devon vicar is planning a cycle ride to Land?s End to raise money for repair work to his churches.
The Rev Graham Cotter intends to complete the ride, along with Jonathan Booth from Care for the Family, and David Vernon (pictured right) on May 6 and 7 in aid of repairs to Buckland Monachorum and Milton Combe churches.
The 88-mile journey is to raise money to cover a shortfall of £12,000 following a £59,000 repair to the south side of St Andrew?s Church, Buckland.
Also hoping to join the ride are fellow cyclists Beau Dobson, David Hancock, Paul Nixon, Andy Farmer and Jonathan Booth.
