SUNNY strolls were enjoyed by all as a group of ramblers rounded the Bere Peninsula recently.

Led by Doris Chapman the Tavistock Strollers started their walk at Bere Ferrers quay before heading through woods alongside the river to Lopwell Dam.

Exploring the new designated ramblers route the walkers crossed Tavy causeway with its remarkable salmon ladder and headed for home via Collytown.
