WITH all the bills paid, the Bridestowe Village Hall Management Committee are delighted to report that the Bridestowe Ram Roast 2003 raised more than £1,500 for the new village hall project.
The good weather combined with solid support from the community ensured an afternoon of family fun. The success of such events hinges on people volunteering their time and energy, on support from local businesses who donated prizes and sponsored advertisements and on the local people themselves who turn out to attend.
A big thank you to them all. Special thanks to Peninsula Milk who generously donated all the milk and cream we needed for the cream teas.
Now just wait and see what we?ve got planned for next year!
