DEF Leppard were the truly definitive rock band of the 80s and 90s, packing arenas to the rafters with their unique brand of radio-friendly rock, selling multi platinum albums like Hysteria, Pyromania and Adrenalize. The Sheffield-based outfit secured a place in the rock nation's heart when drummer Rick Allen lost an arm foloowing a serious car crash, but determined that the show would go on, they commissioned a special drum kit with which he could continue, using 'well trained rhythm feet' with his remaining arm. The band is still massively popular today. Jeff Leppard was formed early in 2005 by an, Russell, Chris and Brian and singer Peter Marsh, who actually hails from Sheffield, home to the original band, and they have been pulling huge crowds around the country at some of the most reputable rock venues and festivals. Now they will be adding The Wharf in Tavistock to the notches on the reputable gig board and mesmerising rock fans with an array of classic hits, from 'Pour Some Sugar on Me', 'Hysteria', 'Rock of Ages', 'Photograph', Animal'. 'Too Late for Love', 'Let's Get Rocked', 'Foolin' and many more from the Leppard's extensive back catalogue.
