MAY I through your letters page say a big thank you to the teams who took part in Bridestowe?s 13th annual quiz.
A close contest was finally won by Two Plus Two ? a team from the University of Plymouth The runners-up were a local team called Nutty Ben?s Bandsaw Terror.
Grateful thanks go to everyone who
contributed food and raffle prizes and helped run the bar.
Over £350 was raised for equipment for Bridestowe Primary School

I WOULD like to thank all those teams that took part in the Save the Children quiz evening on November 22. We raised £525 on the evening.
A big thank you to John Wyatt our quizmaster and his two sons,Tom and Harry.
Great fun was had by all. The winning team was the team from the U3A.
