QUIZ lovers are invited to try something with a bit more bite on Friday, March 27 at the Parish Church Rooms in Tavistock.
The Santa Rosa Fund annual quiz is an evening for all the family, and will be set by local experts Judith and Malcolm.
The rounds are carefully themed and everyone can expect a reference to the Santa Rosa Fund at some stage, as the quiz is run to raise money for the Tavistock-based fund, which aids educational initiatives in Central America.
Anyone who would like to enter can call Pat Mayston on 01822 840297 to register a team in advance or just turn up at the Parish Church Rooms at 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
People are encouraged to bring a bottle, and tea and coffee will be available in the break. Entrance is £2.50 a head and there will be a raffle.
