SOUTH West Lakes Trust is holding a photo competition as part of its tenth anniversary celebration. The lakes of the South West are popular among amateur and professional photographers alike. This is a great opportunity to send in one of your favourite shots.

The theme is any aspect of the lakes — wildlife, landscape, watersports, fishing, etc. Photos must be taken at one of the SWLT lakes. The competition is free to enter.

By entering, you are giving permission for your photos to be displayed and /or published in connection with South West Lakes Trust publicity and publications.

Whenever Your image is published by South West Lakes Trust You will be credited. Failure to publish a credit due to error or oversight shall not be deemed a breach of this condition.

First prize is a season fishing permit at a lake of your choice, worth up to £435.

Second prize is a two- day RYA course for one person at any of the trust's outdoor activity centre, worth £280. Third prize is a three-course carvery for two, plus a bottle of wine at Lakeside, Roadford Lake.

The closing date is August 31 2010 Digital formats are preferred, any paper prints or database cannot be returned.
