Alex Cole, Ciaran Hopkins and Matthew Crocker all played solos in the 10-12 age group class, with entrants coming from all over the South West and South Wales.

Alex and Ciaran also played a duet and were joined by James Burton to play in the quartet class.

The best result of the day came in the solo class where Alex was awarded second prize, out of the 17 competitors, and received a silver medal.
