WHILE most households have suffered from the wettest summer, South West Water have benefited hugely as they now hold 35 to 45 per cent more water in their reservoirs.

With water worth £4 per cubic metre, that's an awful lot of money.

While its customers have lost out due to the bad weather, South West Water has gained from the public's misfortune to the tune of millions of pounds,

My neighbour here in Horrabridge, Dominic Lovett, who suffered a high level spinal injury while serving with the Royal Marines, has started a campaign to get £50 off South West Water bills for every household and business in the region, especially as SWW charges are the highest in the UK.

So if you would like to receive a rebate from South West Water from their undeserved profits then I urge you to write to your Member of Parliament and/or to South West Water to make it happen.
