PRE-PAID parking tickets are now available to disabled motorists, making it easier to park in West Devon Borough Council car parks without having to go to a machine.

The move is in response to feedback from disabled motorists and the tickets are available to all blue-badge holders.

All tariffs are available and each set of tickets will be produced to meet each individual's requirements.

They may be purchased either by post or in person.

Although disabled motorists pay to park in council car parks, blue-badge holders are allowed additional free time, following the expiry of their pay and display ticket.

This means an extra hour in all council car parks, other than Bank Square in Tavistock, where an extra half hour is available.
