Bodmin 1 Okehampton 2 OKEHAMPTON went into their first league game on the back of a positive pre-season. Their fine form continued as they took the game to Bodmin. They scored their first after 15 minutes when Mike Reynolds slotted home from close range. Okehampton continued to dominate, and scored a second when Richard Jones fired home. But the second half saw Okehampton get pushed further back into their own half, forcing fine saves from Andrew Harvey and Richard Jones. Bodmin finally scored a consolation goal, but Okehampton held on to earn a deserved win.
