Undeterred Okehampton came back with a quick equaliser from Daniel Squires, running half the length of the pitch. Some nice passing from Jake Shin allowed Ollie Francis to find a gap and score his first of two tries. Tom Pierce and Luke Shin put in endless tackles but a late try from Ivybridge kept them on top. Okehampton/N Tawton U8s.....20 Ivybridge U8s............................20 THE second game saw Okehampton/North Tawton start with much more aggression and a lot more passion. Callum Mallett side-stepped his defence and scored but Ivybridge were straight back, showing Okehampton/North Tawton what happens if they miss their tackles. Jack Simmons came on for his first game for Okehampton/North Tawton and popped a pass out to Edward Brain, on to Angus Francis who scored in the corner. In the last few minutes Okehampton?s defence was a bit sloppy, allowing Ivybridge two easy tries, resulting in a draw.
