LIBERAL Democrat leader Charles Kennedy made a brief visit to West Devon on Monday. The Scottish MP spent some time at Tavistock College where he spoke to staff and students. He was accompanied by John Burnett, MP for West Devon and Torridge. Mr Kennedy was keen to see the excellent standards achieved and understand the rural difficulties experienced.
