POLICE suspect arson may have been the cause of a fire in a cottage at Gulworthy last Friday. Firefighters from Tavistock and Bere Alston tackled the blaze which broke out just before 11am. They used six breathing apparatus and two hosereels to tackle the fire, located in a back bedroom. Tavistock CID are investigating.
