PASSENGERS on a bus from Tavistock to Plymouth were subjected to abusive behaviour from two teenage males last week. Now police are urging the passengers to come forward so that the offenders can be identified. Police described the teenagers? behaviour as ?utterly dreadful?. They were noisy and when an elderly woman passenger challenged them she received a torrent of abusive language. A young woman also tried to intervene but met the same response. The bus driver was out of radio range so was unable to summon help. Police are asking for passengers who were on the bus, the 11.15am from Tavistock to Plymouth on Tuesday July 3, and who may know the identities of the teenagers, to contact Tavistock Police Station.
