POLICE have issued a brief description of a man seen shoplifting items from Lloyds Chemist in Okehampton. On November 8, at around 2.40pm a man entered the chemists and stole some items of small value from the shop. The man is described as 6ft tall, of thin build, wearing a green jacket with an orange lining. The jacket had a large hood and he also wore blue tracksuit bottoms with white stripes down the outside of each leg and trainers.
