CALLINGTON police are appealing for information about three crimes which have occurred in the area. Power tools, valued at £890, were stolen from a shed in Woodland Way, Gunnislake, between midnight and 6pm on May 9. They included a Makita power saw and two yellow D Walt tools. Anyone with information should call the police central switchboard on 08452 777444 and ask for Callington police quoting reference number BN06236. In the Pengelly area near Callington a car was broken into and a Panasonic CD player stolen valued at £200. The crime occurred between noon and 2.50pm on May 11. The crime reference number is BN06240. On May 13 in Urban Terrace, Callington, a garage was damaged to the value of £150, by rocks being thrown at it. This occurred between 1.45pm and 4.15pm.
