A RANGE of activities to keep the children amused during next week?s half term holiday has been organised at libraries throughout West Devon.
In Tavistock on Tuesday and Thursday between 10.15am and 11am, there will be fun with finger puppets for three to five-year-olds, while older children can get involved making caterpillar puppets and help create a display for the library wall.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday the library?s activity box will be available for children to use during opening hours and on Saturday, storytime will be held between 11am and 11.20am, based on the theme of the week, which is caterpillars.
At Princetown Library, children of all ages can flex their creative muscles making Hallowe?en masks on Monday afternoon.
Spooky activities have been arranged for Wednesday morning and on Friday afternoon there will be a picture painting session.
And in Okehampton Library, children aged between five and nine can have a go at designing some knickers for the Queen ? based on the book The Queen?s Knickers by Nicholas Allan.
This activity takes place between 2.30pm and 3.30pm on Friday.
