I HAD a nice surprise yesterday.

I had to be in Tavistock on business and happened to see what looked like workmen, apparently repairing the crossing place by the Bedford Hotel. 

I was so pleased to see this, it seems like all our protestations have borne fruit, and it will be good to have all these places dealt with, in order to prevent any further accidents. 

Obviously Devon County Council have listened to local people.
