THE organisers of Hatherleigh Festival are on the lookout for artists, traders and local people to get involved in this summer's four-day event.

Local artists have been invited to exhibit their works during the festival from July 26 to July 29. There are various venues across the town, including Hatherleigh Tea Room, Hatherleigh Pottery and Old Schools.

Meanwhile, the festival organising committee is looking for traders from the area to take part in the Saturday street market on July 28, from noon to 4pm.

The committee is also on the lookout for new members to join it. In particular, it is hoping to find a new treasurer and secretary, but would welcome anyone to the committee, even in a smaller role.
