CELEBRATED plant hunters Bleddyn and Sue Wynn-Jones were guests of honour at the Garden House in Buckland Monachorum last week.

The couple — Chelsea Flower Show winners, whose clients include the Queen — had the chance to view the early spring blooms, meet some of the trustees and friends of the garden and see the new attractions.

Bleddyn and Sue shared the secrets of their expeditions to the mountains of northern Vietnam and their search for new and rare plants.

The couple spend up to three months a year searching for the exotic, the amazing and the wonderful in some of the remotest corners of the world.
