INFORMATION has come into the Times, following the 'Those Were The Days' photo of March 15, which was found in a Tavistock shop recently.
Both Maurice Craze and Roger Dawson supplied some of the missing details. It appears the picture was taken at Tavistock Comprehensive School, either in the autumn of 1966 or the spring of 1967.
It features all the school rugby teams from the juniors at the front to the school's 'First 15' at the back.
Mr Dawson, who is pictured in the back row, eighth from left, lives in South Wales and just happened to be flicking through the Times when he was visiting his mother, who still lives in the town, on Mother's Day.
'It will be something to talk about at our next school reunion,' he said.
