A HOLIDAY park in the Tamar Valley has changed ownership for the first time in 20 years after a group of enterprising lodge owners on the park formed their own company to buy it.

Honicombe Holiday Park at St Ann's Chapel is being run for the benefit of everyone who has a stake in it, said managing director of the new company, Honicombe Ltd, Ian Read, including lodge owners, staff, shareholders and the local community.

The management team will be rolling out plans for the development of the site over the coming months.
