ITS firm commitment to using organic produce has made Percy's at Coombeshead a finalist in the Devon Environmental Business Initiative (DEBI) awards.

The country hotel and restaurant, which has won numerous honours for its quality of accommodation and food, was entered in the conservation category of the environmental award scheme which also has sections for waste minimisation, education and awareness and environmental management.

Fifteen Devon businesses will compete for the awards which will presented at County Hall, Exeter on November 22.
