EARLIER opening times are in store for users of Okehampton Library after Christmas.
The library will be opening half an hour earlier on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
This means library services will be available from 9.30am every day except for Mondays, when the library opens at 2pm.
Staff hope the earlier opening will be useful to clients, particularly parents after dropping off children at school, and people who come into Okehampton by bus.
The library will close for Christmas at noon on December 24 and re-open at 9.30am on Thursday January 2.
Okehampton mobile library will finish after its normal visits on Monday December 23 and resume again on January 2.
