OKEHAMPTON burst into action with an early set move when Dean Folland ran over the opposing fly half and popped to Josh Bush who fed to Jordan Cornthwaite to score.
This vein of aggressive rugby was maintained with a free flowing backs move to allow new boy Will Copp to score and Liam Wilkins to convert.
Saracens hit back after some poor discipline by Okes, and soon added another to make it 12-10 to Okehampton at half time.
Dean Folland then smashed up the middle for two quick tries both converted by Wilkins. With confidence high, skill levels rising, former Saracens player number eight Marcus Garrett then crossed with a smile on his face; Wilkins converted.
With the forwards now rucking well and supplying quick ball Luke Dennis, Josh Bush and the returning Alex Arthurs all crossed the line with Wilkins successfully converting all.
This was a superb team performance. Jacob Barber debuting with a forceful display, with Copp, Dennis and Folland causing mayhem outside.
The Okes are at home to Devonport Services on Sunday, kick off 11am.

THE Okes started the season in fine form with a comprehensive win over arch rivals Saracens.
The front five of Callum Pillavent, Josh Punchard, Ike Francis, Jake Giles-Phillips and Zac Middleton laid the foundations with excellent scrimmaging and line out work.
All action number eight Jack Williams ran at Saracens from all over the park supported by Josh Bickley. They both crossed the line to score.
Billy Searle, Okes player of the match, organised the backs well with excellent tackling and put in some pin point kicks, one of which Kieran Lee latched on to to score.
Will Cooper and Giles Heard nailed the Sarries centres every time they launched an attack and Kyler Burns, Matt Baker, Dan Squire and Connor Vincent had a good all round game.

ON a warm Sunday morning North/Okes travelled to Saracens to be greeted by a much larger pack of forwards who came at the visitors from the off and ran in an early try.
North Okes backs ran it back up the pitch but Saracens defence was good until Dan Fogerty found a gap out wide.
Saracens backs came at the Okes with some good passing out to their winger who put them back in front.
Half time saw some changes for North Okes with captain Ben Sharp swapping with Jake Cargill coming in at nine. A chip over the top of Saracens backs was picked up by Rhys Palmer who scored putting North Okes back in the game and with George Courtiers reliable kicking, converting all four tries meant the whistle came just a little too early.
