OKEHAMPTON were slow to start as Tiverton dominated the early exchanges but the Argyle defence of Conor Stevens, Ryan Gross, Josh Stanbury and keeper, Aaron Dearing kept any clear cut chances to a minimum.

Slowly the home side got in to the game as midfield saw more of the ball and used it to good effect.

Argyle started the second half strongly but again clear cut chances were few and far between as both defences dominated.

The 65th minute possibly brought the turning point of the game when Okehampton were denied claims for a penalty when Oli Crimmins was clean through on goal.

Tiverton claimed all three points, scoring twice from headers in the last six minutes.

Okehampton came away with nothing from a game they controlled for long periods and did not deserve to lose.

All the boys put in a tremendous effort and were disappointed not to get the result they deserved.
