A DISCUSSION on proposed changes to the National Health Service is on the agenda for the annual meeting of the Tavistock and surrounding areas branch of the Senior Council for Devon.

The forum for the over-50s is holding its annual meeting on November 9 at the Anchorage Centre, Chapel Street, starting at 10am with coffee/tea. After branch business is concluded there will be a meeting open to all members of the public, when Dilys Slater from the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) will be the speaker.

The session will have plenty of time for questions and discussion about some of the changes happening within the health service.
