THE NEW neighbourhood beat manager for Callington Rural, covering Gunnislake and Calstock, is PC Sarah Westcott.
PC Westcott has been a police officer for almost fourteen years, six with Devon and Cornwall Constabulary and nearly eight years in the Metropolitan Police Service.
Previously she served in the army as a physical training instructor and later as a commissioned officer. She said she looked forward to a new challenge and being a visible presence on the streets.
