FRED Phillips, chairman, welcomes Okehampton Table Tennis Club?s new coach, Provas Mondal. Provas, who is a level 4 coach, was the top coach for Sweden for the last seven years and has managed to coach players up to European standard. He will be the full time coach for Okehampton and joins the other level 2 coaches already in place there.
