AN octet of outreaches has been organised for October by West Devon Advice Bureau in a drive to improve access to its services. In addition to the established services at Lifton GP Surgery, Hatherleigh Market, and Chagford Medical Centre , the charity will be visiting Bere Alston Medical Centre and Wesley House Princetown both on October 19. The monthly evening surgeries will also take place during October on October 12 at the new borough council offices in Okehampton from 7 to 9pm and in Tavistock at Kingdon House on October 26 between 7 to 9pm. Mandy Kenyon, development officer for the bureau, said: ?We hope that people will make use of these services as it will save the time and effort involved in travelling to, and queuing in our larger bureau in Tavistock and Okehampton.?
